The S Three Group retained Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) to do a comprehensive review and evaluation of the market and to produce a list of viable products within its scale of business and company goals. Dave Timoney, the S Three Group's Director of Information Systems, observed that Deltek emerged from PWC's analysis as the vendor best able to design and implement a fully integrated system that would meet the S Three Group's functional requirements.
